At Trail Designs, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
